The increase of students at the Middle School required the school district provide temporary classrooms until a permanent solution is implemented. Savin assisted with a fast-track project to provide the space.
Services included bidding recommendations to provide contractors for all aspects of the work. The scope required the moving of the units, installation of utilities to the new site and installation of the modulars.
The second project includes replacement of septic tanks with a tie-in to the sewer system. In addition to construction management, Savin has assisted with receiving grants to cover the cost of the project.
Savin has also been providing project planning services for reconstruction of the school district including CARES Act projects and a new school building.
