Savin performed building conditions assessments for the HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley totaling approximately 1,042,000 square feet.
The assessment included evaluating site, existing construction, interior and exterior components and building systems based on overall integrity, probable useful life, and the need for replacement; and provided an analysis of potential problems that may require short or long-term attention.
The assessment included the Mary's Ave Hospital Campus, Broadway Campus, Margaretville Hospital, Mountainside Residential Care Center and the Woodland Pond at New Paltz.
