Savin Engineers provided services for Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) totaling approximately 670,000 square feet included evaluating existing construction, interior and exterior components including M/E/P based on overall integrity, probable useful life, and the need for replacement; and provided an analysis of potential problems that may require short or long term attention.
The result was an easy to use multi-year capital replacement plan. The plan guides the priorities for infrastructure improvements.
Specific attention was given to the mechanical systems and future use by the College. To assist the College in managing the project infrastructure requirements, customized reporting mechanisms were provided.
