Savin performed building conditions assessments for the Bon Secours Community Hospital system totaling approximately 976,000 square feet.
The assessment included evaluating site, existing construction, interior and exterior components and building systems based on overall integrity, probable useful life, and the need for replacement; and provided an analysis of potential problems that may require short or long-term attention.
The assessment included St. Anthony Community Hospital, Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, Schervier Pavilion | Long Term Care, Mount Alverno | Assisted Living and the Bon Secours Community Hospital.
